An original face cast of actor Robert De Niro used in the production of the 1994 horror drama film Mary Shelley's Frankenstein.
Made from a type of fast cast, it has the number 154 inscribed in marker on the back and is believed to be from the make up department.
It measures at approx 8.5" long and has been framed in a special 'light up' frame with a plaque mounted on the front stating where it was taken from. The frame measures at approx 10" x 10"
it was professionally painted after production by a qualified prop and set maker to give a realistic look to the face cast.
Mary Shelley's Frankenstein is a 1994 horror drama film directed by Kenneth Branagh and starring Robert De Niro, Kenneth Branagh, Tom Hulce, Helena Bonham Carter, Ian Holm, John Cleese, and Aidan Quinn. The film was produced on a budget of $45 million and is considered the most faithful film adaptation of Mary Shelley's novel Frankenstein, despite several differences and additions in plot from the novel.
